From Dr. Atkins Diet Revolution, 1972
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 4 slices crisp bacon
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Krazy Salt (or seasoned salt)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Bacon fat
Mix ground beef with all ingredients, except bacon fat. Shape into 4 patties, about 1-inch thick.
Pan-fry over medium heat in bacon drippings, 8 minutes on each side for medium well done.
