I have figured out how to properly configure my online shop (I still have a few products to edit)! While editing, I realized the glass fermentation weights from Nourished Essentials are currently unavailable (there are some from other sellers on Amazon but I try to stick with companies I like). Since this IS 2020, I do not know if this is a temporary shortfall or permanent. So, here is another useful option, which basically works like an air lock used for making wine: they keep air out while allowing gasses to be released.
