I weighed myself yesterday and just about had a heart attack.  210.  So, before freaking out too much, I figured maybe I just wasn’t drinking enough.  So, I made a point of adding more water to all the fluids I was already drinking.  So, what was my weight this morning?  209.  Back to focusing solely on my blood sugars (I sure had hoped I would lose this time).
I have good news on that front!  Both readings yesterday (and this morning) were in the low 120s!  5 more weeks to work on this and I may not have to go on meds!  I’ll measure tomorrow and hopefully get some recipes on here today (son’s laptop decided not to load, so worked on that all day yesterday and that may be an all day event today, too).
